Being a mother myself, I can resonate with the challenges parenting and holistic development of our children bring. I firmly believe that we do not need to struggle alone. By receiving support, guidance and therapeutic intervention, we can be healthier, happier parents and have stronger relationships with our children. When children receive the needed therapeutic support or critical assessment to establish the core root to their challenges, they are supported with specialized intervention plans, to grow and develop optimally.

My journey to becoming an Educational Psychologist started in 2005, and I have been in private practice from 2012. I have gained a lot of experience throughout this journey through lecturing at the University of Johannesburg and SACAP. I have presented at many workshops and conferences and supervise psychology students and interns.

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, students, young adults and parents of all ages. I utilize different therapeutic techniques and modalities in the therapeutic process. Working within the South African context it is inevitable to acknowledge the fact that development occurs holistically. Therefore, every individual is viewed in relation to their unique existence within their own family system and social context. Every client is special and unique, therefore supported according to his or her individual needs. I believe that working systemically, the intervention is more effective and results sustainable.

I have a special interest in working with barriers to learning and opened a Private Remedial School in 2015 (Creative Kidz School). We have campuses in different areas within Gauteng. At Creative Kidz School, we firmly believe in multi-sensory teaching and learning.
